Edinburgh will host its first annual, on-trade focused bar show this Spring, Monday 8th - Wednesday 10th April 2024.

The three day, trade only, event is designed to inspire, educate, entertain and unite the Scottish bar community and attract drink Professionals from across the UK.
WE will bring some of the best bars and talent from around the world to Edinburgh to host an engaging and memorable programme of daytime seminars at our hub - The Voodoo Rooms - and a series of evening takeovers in the world-class bars of our great city. There will also be opening and closing parties, workshops, tastings, demonstrations, pop-ups, events and more.
Whilst we have taken inspiration from other bar Community events, Edinburgh Bar Show will retain a distinctly Scottish slant by championing Scotland’s world-class spirits and drink brands, alongside familiar international brands.

Edinburgh Bar Show is a collaborative project between Iain McPherson - the award-winning bartender behind Edinburgh’s legendary Panda & Sons (recently awarded number 39 in the list of World’s 50 Best Bars) - and Gary Anderson and Jamie Faulds, the team behind the hugely popular Edinburgh Cocktail Week.
