We’ll then talk with Dave Mulligan; founder of Bar 1661 (Dublin) and Kyle Jamieson; co-founder of Edinburgh’s own Nauticus, about their commitment to showcasing local produce and how focusing on local ingredients helps them bring those whiskies to life in their venues.
