The Pitch It Program - a new advocacy initiative from Disaronno International UK - invited bartenders from across the UK to pitch an original seminar concept, with the winning idea brought to life at Edinburgh Bar Show 2026.

Over 300 votes were cast and Adam Taylor (Head of Bar Development at GSG Hospitality) was announced as the winner.

In this seminar, Adam will discuss how he delivers drinks across the GSG Hospitality portfolio that fit concepts that are all wildly different to each other whilst ensuring they’re deliverable, replicable, profitable but still creative, innovative and ultimately great for the guest. Adam will discuss the tools to craft cocktails and stories that drive business.
